How different web browsers save ProFile when downloading

Internet Explorer

1. From the Install & Activate ProFile window, click the download here link.
2. Using the drop-down beside the Save option, choose Save As.

3. Choose Desktop as the target location, and then click Save.

A progress bar will appear displaying how much time is left until completion.

4. Once the download is completed, right click on gpsetup.exe and choose Run as administrator.

Mozilla Firefox

1. From the Install & Activate ProFile window, click download here.
2. Choose Save.

3. In the Firefox browser, the download status appears under the timer icon on the top right-hand side of the browser.

4. Once the download is complete, right-click gpsetup.exe and then click Run as administrator.

Google Chrome

1. From the Install & Activate ProFile window, click download here.
2. In Google Chrome, the download is automatic. A dialogue box will appear on the bottom left, indicating the status of the download.

3. Once the download is completed, right click on gpsetup.exe and then click Run as administrator.
