If the amount on line 8500 of the T2125 form is greater than the amount on line 8300, EFILE error "80010" is generated.
Note: For preparers using a 2017 T1 return and later, the applicable section on a T2125 form is Part 3D. For preparers using a pre-2017 T1 return, the applicable section on a T2125 form is Part 4. The resolution is identical for both.
1. Confirm that the amounts on lines 8300 to 8450 are entered correctly and that the total is greater than line 8500.
2. Transmit the return after confirming the amounts and total.
