Batch data import attempt in Client Explorer creates error

An error displays when attempting a batch CRA data import in Client Explorer via the Auto-fill my Return service: Canada Revenue Agency does not support data import for previous tax years.

The error is caused by using the Actions > CRA Data Import function from the menu.


1. Select the necessary returns in the database.
2. Select the CRA Import option from the Database drop-down menu in the top toolbar menu:

The batch CRA data import should now proceed without error.
