Restore the default settings for Hub or Link engagement letters

1. Exit ProFile.
2. Navigate to the storage directory for the .xml file at C: Users > [USERNAME] > My Documents > My ProFile Data > Link > [YYYY] > Option.

Note: Years 2015 and 2016 will have their own .xml locations.

3. Delete the file LinkEngagementLetters.xml.
4. Reopen ProFile.

1. Exit ProFile.
2. Navigate to the storage directory for the .xml file at C: Users > [USERNAME] > My Documents > My ProFile Data > Link > [YYYY] > Option.

3. Delete the file LinkQuestionnaire.xml.
4. Reopen ProFile.
