Restore default settings for Hub or Link engagement letter checklists and questionnaires

Restore the default settings for Hub or Link engagement letters
- Exit ProFile.
- Navigate to the storage directory for the .xml file at C: Users > [USERNAME] > My Documents > My ProFile Data > Link > [YYYY] > Option.
Note: Years 2015 and 2016 will have their own .xml locations.
3. Delete the file LinkEngagementLetters.xml.
4. Reopen ProFile.
Restore the default settings for Hub or Link questionnaires
- Exit ProFile.
- Navigate to the storage directory for the .xml file at C: Users > [USERNAME] > My Documents > My ProFile Data > Link > [YYYY] > Option.
Note: Years 2015 and 2016 will have their own .xml locations.
3. Delete the file LinkQuestionnaire.xml.
4. Reopen ProFile.
Restore the default settings for Hub or Link checklists
- Exit ProFile.
- Navigate to the storage directory for the .xml file at C: Users > [USERNAME] > My Documents > My ProFile Data > Link > [YYYY] > Option.

4. Reopen ProFile.
