Error indicates the license is invalid when trying to print

The following could be triggering the error:

  •  A trial license may be installed
  •  ProFile is out of date
  •  The new license is not entered

Resolution

  •  Go to Help > About and check the ProFile version to ensure it's up to date.
  •  Go to Help > License and ensure that the correct license information is entered.
