Can't activate a valid license on ProFile

If you're having trouble activating your software with a current license, follow the steps below.

Activate your license

  1. Update ProFile by opening the Online menu and selecting Check for updates.
  2. From the menu, select Internet Explorer > Tools > Internet Options > Click Advance > Security.
  3. Select Use SSL 2.0 and Use SSL 3.0.
  4. Ensure that the TLS 1.2 box is checked.
  5. From the menu, select Tools > Compatibility View Setting > Display all websites in Compatibility View.

You should now be able to activate your license.
