ProFile/QuickBooks integration: Class Not Registered error

  1. Make sure both ProFile and QuickBooks have been updated to the latest release or version.
  2. Open QuickBooks.
  3. Go to Edit > Preferences.
  4. Select Integrated Applications.
  5. Select ProFile from the list and click Remove.

  1. Select OK.
  2. Open both ProFile and QuickBooks.
  3. Make sure you have a valid company file open as the administrator in QuickBooks, and a return open in ProFile.
  4. In ProFile, go to Options and then Integration.

  1. The Application with No Certificate window opens.

  1. Select the desired options and click the Continue... button.
  2. Select Yes to grant access.
  3. The user will be able to see ProFile as an integrated application in QuickBooks.
