When entering an amount on the Schedule 3 Details worksheet for face value, it incorrectly flows to the T1243 into the box called Number of Shares.
Print the T1243 form from the CRA site that can be downloaded here.
Alternatively, this form can be manually filled out within ProFile in a new return and printed by clicking the printer with the 1 on it, by selecting Form > Print Form, or by pressing the F12 key).
