Client and spouse information displays out of sequence for some province of residence selections on T1 forms

Issue

Some customers who enter BC, MB, or NS as the client’s province of residence on the T1 “Info” page see the client’s personal information display out of sequence with the client’s spousal information on the same page.

Impact

There is no filing impact. When printed, the form populates correctly.

Customer Communication

Only a handful (5 to 6) of our customers are impacted and we are investigating the cause. Paper filing and calculation is not impacted.

Issue Tracking

Log such calls under "Customization" -> "Options Environment"
