Download client responses and documents in Intuit Link

Intuit Link gives preparers the ability to download responses and documents that a client has uploaded into a single file. The preparer can save the file to their document management system or as a backup copy of client responses and documents.
Intuit Link allows documents to be downloaded in two formats:
- A .zip file
- A .csv file
Download responses and documents to a .zip File
Note: One or more documents must have been received from a client to permit the downloading function.
1. Navigate and log on to the Intuit Link site.
2. Select the Clients link on the left-side menu; the list of clients displays.
3. Select the individual client's name; the client list of all provided documents displays.
4. Select the Download All Files (.zip file) link above the list of documents.
5. The status window automatically displays, indicating that the archiving process has started.
6. The status window automatically displays, indicating the archiving process has completed.
7. The downloaded file is accessible from the bottom pane of your web browser.
Note: There is a 300-megabyte file size limit on any .zip file that is being created.
Download responses and documents to a .csv file
Note: One or more documents must have been received from a client to permit the downloading function.
1. Navigate and log on to the Intuit Link site.
2. Select the Clients link on the left-side menu; the list of clients displays.
3. Select the individual client's name. The client list of documents displays.
4. Select the Download Responses (.csv file) link above the list of documents.
5. The .csv file downloads is accessible from the bottom pane of your web browser.
