In ProFile, unable to enter box 57, 58, 59 or 60 on a T4 slip into a T1

ProFile’s T4 worksheet doesn't include boxes 57, 58, 59, or 60.

This is because all these income amounts are in box 14 or box 71 of the T4 slip and don't need to be entered again on the T1.
