Adjusting T5 slip printing
by Intuit• Updated 1 year ago
T5 slips are legal size (8.5 x 14 inches), however ProFile's default size when selecting File > Print Slips PDF or File > Print Slips... is letter paper size (8.5 x 11 inches). ProFile will shrink the slip to fit letter size when the default is in use.
To resolve this you can change the paper size in the Print Slips Setup.
- Go to File and select Print Slips Setup
- Make sure Always use Default Windows Printer is unchecked.
- Select Properties in the Printer section.
- Change your size to legal.
- Make changes and select OK in the setup window.
Because every printer is different, the steps and location of where to change paper size will vary.
The printer’s setting will automatically shrink the print size if you do not want to use legal sized paper. This is by design to be in accordance with most other CRA forms.
