Print a blank amended T4 slip

Print a blank T4 slip

1. Open the FX file in ProFile.
2. Press the Function key to open Form Explorer.
3. Type the form name T4Details in the form field.
4. Press the key on the keyboard to display the T4Details screen.
5. Go to the Employee's T4Details screen that you need to amend and print.
6. Place a checkmark in the Amended slip and Print blank slip boxes.
7. Click File and select Print Slips.
8. Place a checkmark in the Amended and Blank boxes in the Slip State Filter section of the Print Slips dialogue.
9. Remove the checkmark from the boxes for the information that you don't need to print, and click Print to print the required slip.
