Refund of Intuit ProFile software

If you've used the software as agreed, and it doesn't meet your expectations, you can ask for a refund within 14 days of buying it.

Request a refund by email 

Send us an email clearly indicating that you would like a refund of your ProFile software, along with the following information:

  • Your first and last name, address, and phone number
  • Your order number, which is available on your purchase receipt
  • Your reason for the return - please be specific, as your comments help us improve our products and services

Send the information above to Canada_Returns@intuit.com.

Request a refund by phone

Call our support centre indicating that you would like a refund of your ProFile software. Have the following information ready to ensure a prompt refund process:
