Provided that you have used the software in compliance with the requirements of the Agreement, if you determine that the software does not meet your expectations, you may request a refund within fourteen (14) days of the date of purchase.

Send us an email clearly indicating that you would like a refund of your ProFile software, along with the following information:
- Your first and last name, address, and phone number
- Your order number, which is available on your purchase receipt
- Your reason for the return - please be specific, as your comments help us improve our products and services
