
Request to be the primary contact for ProFile

For your security and protection, we will not make changes to an account or give out account-specific information to anyone who is not the primary contact on an account. Those who are not a primary contact can still get assistance from our support team with technical issues.
However, if the issue is related to the account (such as retrieving a license key), our support team will need to speak with the primary contact. To protect our users, we do not make exceptions for this.
