Amounts from The T776 Statement of Real Estate Rentals not flowing to the T1 jacket
by Intuit• Updated 1 year ago
If amounts from the T776 are not flowing to the T1 jacket, this could be due to incomplete or incorrect information on the T776.
Resolution
- Make sure the amount in the Your % of ownership field is not overridden.
- Check the Type of ownership.
Note: If the property is shared between spouses, Co-ownership/Sole proprietor should be selected.
3. Make sure that Details of Other co-owners and partners is filled in correctly. Once the Percentage of ownership is filled out for the co-owner(s) or partner(s), this will affect the percent of ownership at the top of the form.
4. Verify that there are no overrides on the T776 form(s).
