CO-17 form not printing from the T2 module in ProFile

When trying to print the CO-17 from the T2 module, it may not print or it'll print blank.

When you choose Multi-Jurisdiction on the Corporate Information form, you must fill out Schedule 5 (S5) to print the CO-17.
