AT1 NetFile screen is blank when trying to EFILE

You may experience a blank AT1 NetFile screen when attempting to EFILE. Follow these steps to resolve this:
Resolution
- Select Windows from the Start menu.
- Type cmd. The option for the Command Prompt displays.
- Right-click on the Command Prompt application, and select Run as administrator.
The command prompt window will display.
- Type cd.. then select Enter.
- Again, type cd.. then select Enter
- Type cd pr in the command prompt.
- Select the Tab key until Program Files (x86) displays in the command prompt window.
Important: If Program Files (x86) doesn't display, use Program Files instead when it displays.
- Select Enter.
- Type cd pr in the command prompt.
- Press the Tab key until ProFile displays in the command prompt window.
- Select Enter.
- Type RegAsmIntuit Soap12Connector.dll in the command prompt.
- Wait for command prompt to register the file.
- Once registered, close the command prompt and attempt to NetFile the AT1 again.
