AT1 NetFile screen is blank when trying to EFILE

You may experience a blank AT1 NetFile screen when attempting to EFILE. Follow these steps to resolve this:

Resolution

  1. Select Windows from the Start menu.
  2. Type cmd. The option for the Command Prompt displays.
  3. Right-click on the Command Prompt application, and select Run as administrator.

The command prompt window will display.

  1. Type cd.. then select Enter.

  1. Again, type cd.. then select Enter

  1. Type cd pr in the command prompt.
  2. Select the Tab key until Program Files (x86) displays in the command prompt window.

Important: If Program Files (x86) doesn't display, use Program Files instead when it displays.

  1. Select Enter.

  1. Type cd pr in the command prompt.
  2. Press the Tab key until ProFile displays in the command prompt window.
  3. Select Enter.

  1. Type RegAsmIntuit Soap12Connector.dll in the command prompt.

  1. Wait for command prompt to register the file.

  1. Once registered, close the command prompt and attempt to NetFile the AT1 again.
Intuit ProFile Tax
