How to EFILE the T1135 form in the T1 module in ProFile

The T1135 form isn’t linked to the T1 return by default. You’ll need to complete it and EFILE it separately.

Resolution

1. Complete the T1135 form on the ProFile T1 module as required.
2. Select the EFILE the T1135 for this taxpayer? option from the EFILE dropdown menu.

A transmission window displays, indicating that the T1135 is ready to be transmitted

3. Select OK

The T1135 form will be transmitted to the CRA via EFILE.

Note: Reports can't be retrieved once transmitted. A Document Control Number (DCN) will display on the T1135 after it's been accepted by the CRA.
