How to EFILE the T1135 form from the T1 module

The T1135 form does not automatically associate with the T1 return. It must be completed and undergo EFILE individually.

Resolution

1. Complete the T1135 form on the ProFile T1 module as required.
2. Select the EFILE the T1135 for this taxpayer? option from the EFILE drop-down menu in the top toolbar. A transmission window displays, indicating that the T1135 is ready to be transmitted.
3. Click OK. The T1135 form is transmitted to the CRA via EFILE.

Note:

• Reports cannot be retrieved later.
• A DCN displays at the bottom of the T1135 after it has been accepted by the CRA.
