T1135 not selected to print in the Print window of a T2 return in ProFile

Issue

When selecting File > Print, the T1135 form isn't selected to print, even though it's selected in the Options > Form Selection window, and the form is properly filled out.

Possible cause

The T1135 might not show in the Print window because box 259 on the T2 jacket box isn't checked off, even though the form has been filled out.

If box 259 on the T2 jacket isn’t checked, ProFile won’t recognize the form as complete and won’t print it.

Resolution

1. Open the T1135 form and switch between the available versions. Choosing something other than the default will set an override.
2. Select the F2 key on the keyboard to remove the override and go back to using the default version of the form.
3. Go to the T2 jacket and scroll down to box 259 to see if the checkbox has been automatically selected. f box 259 is still not selected on the T2 jacket, override the field and select the box.

The T1135 should now be visible in the Print dialogue box.
