After installing ProFile the desktop shortcut icon is blank or white

The ProFile desktop shortcut icon looks like a generic system file after installing ProFile.

After an installation, the icon for the desktop shortcut may fail to update or appear with the incorrect image. To restore the icon:

  1. Right-click the icon and choose Properties.
  2. Click Change Icon.

3. If a warning message stating that the icon cannot be found appears, click OK.


4. Click Browse.


5. Navigate to where ProFile is saved.

6. Double-click on the icon that will appear on the window, then click OK.
