Barcode not printing when sending to the printer in ProFile

If the barcode does not print, there may be several possible causes.

Resolution

• Outstanding warnings and/or errors are present in the Active Auditor (T1 and T2 modules). Address the outstanding warnings, and retry printing.
• RSI errors or warnings (T2 module only). Address the outstanding error or warning and retry printing.
• The return has an exclusion that prevents it from filing (T1 module only). Review the list of T1 EFILE exclusions.
