Completing the Info form

1. Navigate to the Provincial Information - Quebec section of the Info form.
2. Select Yes or No under the Prescription Drug Insurance Plan section to each of the eligibility questions.

Completing the TP1K form

1. Navigate to the TP1K form. A situation is pre-selected based on the selection of the Prescription Drug Insurance Plan question on the Info form and parts of the return.
2. Select the option for the medication premium exemption (for those 65 and older) if applicable.
3. If any situation under Section B is selected, mark the months in which the taxpayer and/or spouse did not have to pay a premium.

If the taxpayer pays for their spouse's premium, as stated on the Info form, the amount on Line 98 reflects 0 for the spouse and that value is added to the taxpayer’s total.
