ProFile won’t open because the file is stored outside your local network

If you see this error while running proreg and UAC is disabled:

1. Go to Control Panel > Internet Options > Security.
2. Select Local Intranet.
3. Select Sites, and then uncheck Automatically detect Intranet network.
4. Select both include all local (intranet) sites not listed in other zones and Include all network paths (UNCs).
