With a ProFile license purchase, you are eligible for technical support for a single tax year or service period.
A tax year is defined by the year in which income and expenses are reported using the software. The service period means the calendar year or tax period from January 1 to December 31. A tax return is typically filed in the current calendar year to report income and expenses for the prior tax year.
For example, if you purchased a 2020 license for ProFile, you are eligible for support for the 2020 tax year from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021.
If you need support but are yet to purchase your new license, you can purchase and be eligible for support immediately after the purchase completes.
