ProFile icons or Tooltips may not show in 64-bit Windows Explorer because GPShell.dll is a 32-bit file, while Windows Explorer looks to the 64-bit registry for icon details.

Resolution

To resolve the issue, modify the ProReg.exe file to register the GPShell in the registry redirector so that Windows Explorer 64-bit can read the GPShell information.
