If you process a large volume of client files, it's worth your while to learn the keyboard shortcuts for common functions in ProFile. You will find you can work much more quickly using the keyboard shortcuts instead of the mouse.

You can use the ditto key on similar fields in a ProFile table. It’s the backwards apostrophe key, usually in the top left corner of your keyboard next to the number 1. Select it to copy the contents from a matching field above or to the left of where you are. This works well when you’re entering a long list of the same values.
