T1DD Form

Use the T1DD - Direct Deposit Request form to start the direct deposit of:

• Your income tax refund
• Goods and Services Tax/Harmonized Sales Tax (GST/HST) credits, including certain related provincial payments
• Working Income Tax Benefit (WITB) advance payments and any other deemed overpayment of tax to which you are entitled, or to which you may become entitled
• Canada Child Tax Benefit (CCTB) payments, including certain related provincial and territorial payments
• Universal Child Care Benefit (UCCB) payments

You may also use this form to change information you already provided to the CRA.
