Turbo Tax Business Incorporated customers are unable to see dialog window options, or the software toolbar is cut off

Issue

With some high resolution monitors (for example, 4K), Turbo Tax Business Incorporated's icons and fonts appear too small to see.

This impacts Windows users.

Resolution

Users can adjust the monitor settings to resolve this issue.

Windows 11:

1. Click the Windows icon and select Settings
2. Type Display in the search bar on left
3. Select Display Settings
4. Adjust the Resolution and Scaling as needed
   

Windows 10:

1. Right-click on the desktop
   
2. Select Display settings option to open the Display Settings window:
   
3. Select the Resolution dropdown menu; a list of resolutions displays:
   
4. Select any option that utilizes the value of 1080 (for example, "1920 X 1080").
5. Select Keep Changes:
   
6. Adjust the Scale and layout option to a value of 100% (Recommended):
   
7. Sign off of the computer and sign back on; the changes are applied.
8. If the changes are not applied, reboot the computer.
