Internet file slips option is greyed out or not available in the FX module

If, under the EFILE option in the toolbar, the option to Internet file slips... is greyed out or unavailable, follow the steps below.

Internet file slips option is greyed out

1. Ensure ProFile has been updated to the latest version. To check, go to Online > Check for updates. The update wizard will indicate whether the latest version of ProFile has been installed. If ProFile is out of date, proceed with the update.
2. The FX license (specifically Premier for TY13 or prior) is activated in ProFile.
3. On the Info form of the FX return, the question, Are you magnetic media or internet filing slips? is answered Yes under the Taxation Year section.
4. If all of the above have been checked and the issue still persists, then contact ProFile technical support for further assistance.
