Flexible licensing option unselects itself

After configuring flexible licensing and exiting the settings window, the setting unselects itself when returning to the settings window.

The issue is caused by a .dll file that did not register properly in the update.

For local installations, run a repair as an administrator.

For Workstation installations, uninstall, and re-install the Workstation as an administrator.
