This article includes instructions for clean uninstalling ProFile on a network Workstation installation. For instructions on how to clean uninstall ProFile on a local installation, see here.
- If possible, open ProFile on the workstation, remove the license, and exit ProFile.
- Delete the ProFile icon on the desktop.
- Navigate to the Registry Editor and then to HKEY_CURRENT_USER>SOFTWARE and rename GreenPoint (if present).
- Navigate to location C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming (where is the customer’s user name) and rename the GreenPoint and ProFile folders.
- Navigate to location C:\Users\\AppData\Local and rename the GreenPoint folder.
- Navigate to location C:\ProgramData and rename the GreenPoint folder (if present).
- Restart the computer.
- Reinstall the workstation installation.
