End of support for Windows Server 2012 R2

Microsoft has announced the end of support for Windows Server 2012 as of October 10, 2023. Microsoft will no longer provide security updates or support for Windows Server 2012 after this date. See more about this here (English only).
After October 10, 2023, programs may experience security or reliability issues running on Windows Server 2012 and Intuit will not support ProFile running on Windows Server 2012. Users must install ProFile on a supported operating system listed below.
ProFile products installed on Windows Server 2012 will not be able to run software updates, be able to EFILE returns from tax year 2022 or later to the CRA, or have the most up-to-date product safeguards. In addition, users are no longer allowed to install ProFile on Windows Server 2012. Intuit will not be responsible for security or reliability issues on systems running Windows Server 2012.
Microsoft recommends that Windows Server 2012 R2 users upgrade to Windows Server 2016 or higher, which can provide the latest security updates to help keep you and your data safer, and can be downloaded for free.
ProFile will support:
- Windows 10 and 11
- Windows Server 2016 and 2019
