Unable to create or open a T1 return in ProFile

If you've purchased, and installed ProFile but are unable to create or open a T1 return, try one of the following:
- Ensure you have entered your license key
- Ensure you have the latest version of ProFile
Tip: You can update ProFile to the latest version by selecting Online and then Check for updates.
Additonal Resources
If you can see your license under Help > Manage Licenses and you still can't open a T1 return, run proreg to repair ProFile.
