Unable to create or open a T1 return

If you've purchased and installed ProFile but are unable to create or open a T1 return:

• ensure you have entered your license key.
• ensure you have the latest version of ProFile. You can update ProFile to the latest version by selecting the option Check for updates under the Online menu.

Additonal Resources

If you can see your license under Help -> Manage Licenses and you still cannot open a T1 return, run proreg to repair ProFile.
