"This file is in use" warning message in ProFile

If the warning message This file is in use appears when importing invoices from ProFile into QuickBooks, follow these steps:

1. Close both ProFile and QuickBooks.
2. Open ProFile.
3. Connect to QuickBooks.
4. Select OK on the warning message Unable to open QuickBooks.
5. Open the file in QuickBooks and allow it access to ProFile.

The connection from ProFile to QuickBooks will now be successful.
