Object Reference Error displays after a ProFile update

An object reference error displays after the ProFile update.

Resolution

1. End the ProFile application in the Task Manager.
2. Run proreg. 
3. Rename the GreenPoint folder in Regedit.
4. Restart ProFile.
5. Select Options Administration... from the Options dropdown menu. The Options Administration window displays.
6. Select only option 1 in the Options Administration menu.

7. Select OK.

The window closes, and the error should no longer occur.
