ProFile customers may see an error message that says "Unable to get response from government agency."

Due to increased filing volumes, ProFile users may encounter the following error message:
Unable to get response from government agency. Please try again later.
We apologize for this inconvenience. Please attempt to file again at a later time.
AnonType_PartnerBusinessOwnership error message
Error message: "Unable to get response from the Government Agency. Please try again later com.intuit.pcg.canada.transform.model.exception.PayloadBindingException:cvc-pattern-valid: Value '000-45' is not facet-valid with respect to pattern '[0-9] Unknown macro: {6} ' for type '#AnonType_PartnerBusinessOwnership"
Solution
- Check all the T2125, Part 8 - Details of other partners and make sure that there's no negative percentage of partnership for any partner.
- If there's no percentage of partnership, override to 0.
AnonType_SpouseSocialInsuranceNumber error message
Error message: "Unable to get response from the Government Agency. Please try again later com.intuit.pcg.canada.transform.model.exception.PayloadBindingException:cvc-pattern-valid: Value " is not facet-valid with respect to pattern '[0-9] Unknown macro: {9} ' for type '#AnonType_SpouseSocialInsuranceNumber'."
Solution
- Make sure that the spouse's Social insurance number is correct.
- If the Social Insurance number of the spouse is correct, contact the CRA.
