Due to increased filing volumes, ProFile users may encounter the following error message: Unable to get response from government agency. Please try again later.

Solution:
1. Check all the T2125, Part 8 - Details of other partners and make sure that there is no negative percentage of partnership for any partner.
2. If there's no percentage of partnership, override to 0.

Solution:
1. Make sure that the spouse's Social insurance number is correct.
2. If SIN of the spouse is correct, contact the CRA.
