T1/TP1: Form TP-22 displays incorrect "do not file" warning message

Form TP-22 displays an incorrect warning message, even when the form is not being used: Do not file this form as it is a draft. It will be available in a future release.

This is not an accurate message.

Workaround

Confirm with the client there is no business income sourced from outside of Quebec.

If confirmed, right-click on the warning in the auditor window and select the Preparer Sign-off option. The form will be accepted.
