Catastrophic error when batch filing returns

You may encounter an error when attempting to batch T1 EFILE/TP1 Netfile using Client Explorer in ProFile R4. Coupled returns that used Auto-fill my return or Revenu Quebec import in R3 or R3.5 may be affected by this issue.

To work around this issue, do not use Client Explorer. Instead, EFILE returns individually.

Alternatively, you can save returns in R4 before batch filing.

Note: If you have already encountered this error, search both Ready to transmit and EFILE Eligible returns in your file database, and retry the transmission.
