Set up Hub

Hub is a data management tool available with ProFile. Use it to import CRA data and request details from your clients. It’s included at no extra cost with your ProFile license.

1. Download the latest version of ProFile.
2. Open the ProFile application.
3. Select Hub from the Goto menu.
4. Select Enable ProFile Hub.
5. Select an option from the How are your ProFile client files stored? section.
6. Select Browse to navigate to a folder where client files are stored. This allows Hub to access client information.
7. Select Read files. The Hub interface populates with returns. These files originate from the location selected in the set-up window.
8. Select which tax year to display clients for.
9. Select a tax year from the list. The list sorts to include only those clients from the selected tax year.
