Version error message when opening a file

You may encounter the following error when opening a return:

The full error reads: [FILE NAME] was saved with a more recent version of ProFile than the one you are currently running. Please upgrade your version of ProFile to the current version.


Try the following solutions. After each solution, reopen the file to see if it opens without the error message.

If the error persists, try the next solution and reopen the file again to see if the error is resolved.
