ProFile users encounter a "Resolution of the dependency failed" message:
This message displays when starting ProFile.
Resolution
Reboot the computer and check if the error is resolved.
If the error persists:
If the above corrects the error, but you then receive an EOle error, complete a clean uninstall of ProFile and then reinstall ProFile.
