"Invalid Pointer Operation" error message

An Invalid pointer operations error message displays.
Resolution
To resolve the error, uninstall and reinstall ProFile.
- Navigate to the Windows Control Panel.
- Select Program, then select Programs and Features. A list of programs loaded on the computer displays.
- Locate ProFile in the program list.
- Select ProFile and click Uninstall at the top of the list.
- Windows prompts for a confirmation; click the Yes button.
- ProFile confirms that the software has been uninstalled.
- Reboot the computer.
- Navigate to the ProFile website.
- Download the gpsetup.exe file by clicking on the orange button.
- Double-click the downloaded file. The installation begins.
- Follow the dialogue boxes when prompted to install ProFile.
Note: ProFile may prompt for the Microsoft Visual C++ and/or Microsoft .NET Framework. Those installations must be performed in order for the software to install and run.
