Can't print the disclaimer from ProFile

When printing the T1 Jacket or or Business statements, the disclaimer does not appear.
To make sure it appears, confirm that box 490 is checked on the bottom of the T1 jacket.
Set box 490 to be checked as a default option
- Select Module... under the Options drop-down menu in the top toolbar.
- Select the Tax year T1/TP1 tab.
- Navigate to the Options section.
- Ensure the checkbox Complete preparer information on T1 Jacket is selected:
5. Navigate to the Info form.
6. Ensure the question Is return completed under the CRA's volunteer program? is set to No:
The disclaimer should now appear by default.
