Amount is incorrect when exporting invoice data
by Intuit• Updated 1 year ago
When exporting invoice amounts, the values on the return and the Excel do not match.
The option to Recalculate Each File Before Exporting must be checked for ProFile to export the correct amounts.
- Under the Options tab, add the desired fields to be exported.
- Under the Format tab, choose the *.txt file.
- Choose Tab Delimited under Export Type.
- Ensure that Recalculate Each File Before Exporting is selected.
Note: When the option to Recalculate Each File Before Exporting is unchecked, the total fees will display with the prices that was in the file the last time it was saved. (i.e. the total fee will reflect a price for S1 of $10).
When the option to Recalculate Each File Before Exporting is unchecked, ProFile will run the calculations before exporting, which means the Pricing change will take effect (i.e. the total fee will reflect a price for S1 of $15).
