Backup to Cloud users encounter sign in error

Backup to Cloud users encounter the following  error when trying to sign in: Oops, something went wrong.



  1. Open the Windows Control Panel.
  2. Select the Internet option.
  3. Select the Security tab.
  4. Select the Internet option.
  5. Click the Custom level… button. The Security Settings – Internet Zone window displays.
  6. Ensure Enable is selected under Enable .NET Framework setup.
  7. Ensure Enable is selected under Miscellaneous > Access data sources across domains.


8. Click the OK button.

The changes save, and access to Backup to Cloud is restored.
