The full error includes the message The element ‘TP-1D_Conjoint’ has incomplete content. List of possible elements expected: ‘PT31’. STRUCTURE ERROR (technical error “TSTRUC”).

Resolution

The error relates to the spousal information on the INFO tab. The spouse’s information, including the last name, needs to be entered.
