"Unable to locate server address" error message in ProFile

ProFile users may encounter the following error message when setting up a database:
Unable to locate server address
This problem is likely caused by your computer firewall blocking access to a part of ProFile that is needed to set up a database.
Solution
It's necessary to create a firewall exception. This will let the database set up correctly.
