ProFile users may encounter the error message Unable to locate server address when setting up a database.
This issue is most likely caused by your computer firewall blocking access to an element of ProFile necessary to set up a database.
Create a firewall exception
It is necessary to create a firewall exception. This will allow the database to be set up.
